| The Ferndale Repertory Theatre is proud to bring to its stage, Agatha Christie's classic whodunit, The Mousetrap. By far the world's longest running play in English, this mystery has entertained audiences for 50 years on the London stage. Curiously, many of the plot elements correlate well to Humboldt
County. In brief, a young couple inherit a roomy old house on land and decide to turn it into a bed-and-breakfast. They don't know their guests - and learn how little they may even know about each other - when the house is isolated by a storm and the phone lines go down. One of the guests is killed and the
only possible suspects are in the house. Find out "who died, who done it and why."
Corrin Creason plays Mollie Ralston, the new young wife of Giles Ralston (Paul Hendricks). Their guests include architect Christopher Wren (David Norloch), the ever-complaining Mrs. Boyle (Tanya Jewel), quiet Major Metcalf (Richard Chase), globe-trotting Miss Casewell (Shelly Stewart), curious Mr. Paravicini (Arnold Waddell), and Detective-Sargeant Trotter (Victor Howard).
This presentation of The Mousetrap is directed by Harper Mosley, with set and light design by Joe Collins, costume design by Vickie Charlton, sound design by J. Cody Baker, properties by Lynn Fisk, and stage management by Howard Tsernov assisted by Carolyn Yawn and Norma Lynch.
