The Ferndale Repertory Theatre is proud to bring to its stage, SUDS - the Rocking 60s Musical Soap Opera. Our only preview performance is Thursday, April 4th at 8:00pm; all tickets are $5.00. Opening night is Friday, April 5th at 8:00pm with performances continuing every Friday and Saturday evening through April 26th at 8:00pm with matinees on Sunday, April 7th and 14th, and Saturday the 27th at 2:00pm. Ticket prices are $11.00 general admission and $9.00 student/senior. Actor's Benefit Night, where all ticket proceeds go to the hard-working actors and crew, is April 25th at 8:00pm. No season or complimentary tickets accepted on this night. A SUDS benefit performance is scheduled for April 26th for the College of the Redwoods Foundation League. SUDS is a musical review wherein Cindy, a laundromat employee, is having a birthday, and is not having a good day. However, some mysterious visitors appear to counsel and comfort her - with a knockout string of 1960s pop hits including: Mr. Postman, Respect, I Say a Little Prayer, Town Without Pity, Wishing and Hoping, Secret Agent Man, Walk On By, I Will Follow Him, and 30 more boot-tapping favorites.

Director, Joe Collins has cast Dani Bossinngham, Deanna Sallady, Elisa Woodruff and Bill Morrill, a lively and talented ensemble, to portray the colorful, zany and hilarious characters that sing and dance their way through life's travails. Vocal and musical direction is in the gifted hands of Sean Woodburn who has assembled a fabulous band to rock the house: Justin Ross (keyboards), Lindsey Gabel (bass), Sean Woodburn (guitar), and Michael Schwartz (drums). Denise Ryles, choreographer, has the cast dancing through your favorite 60s hits. The talented design team includes: Joe Collins (set), Dan Mullins (lights), Denise Ryles (costumes), and J. Cody Baker (sound). Stage management is in the capable hands of Sarah Arana.
