Everything we all secretly think about dating, romance, lovers, husbands, wives, and in-laws is celebrated in a hilarious musical revue of the modern-day dating game. I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change opens at the Ferndale Repertory Theatre January 22 with a preview performance at 8:00pm. All tickets are $5.00. January 23 is our Gala opening at 8:00pm. A reception follows the performance in the Art From the Hart gallery in the theatre's Box Office. Performances continue Friday and Saturday evenings at 8:00pm and Sundays at 2:00pm through February 13. Our last show is Saturday, February 14 at 2:00pm. Thursday, February 12, is our Actor's Benefit Night where proceeds from the evening's show go to our hard-working cast and crew. For ticket reservations and information, please call 786-5483. Benefit performances are scheduled for Friday, February 6 for the Fortuna Sunrise Rotary and Saturday, February 7 for the Center for Child Advocacy.

Now in its 7th smash year, I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change is currently Off-Broadway's longest-running musical. I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change is a delightfully entertaining, charmingly fresh and hopelessly romantic musical joy ride through the jungle of modern love. It is a show for real people about real people that will delight audiences with its hip antics and witty charm. Critics have called this uproariously funny hit musical... "Seinfeld set to music" and "...a battle of the heterosexes". I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change is a witty, clever evening of sketches about modern heterosexual romance, interspersed with catchy tunes with titles like Single Man Drought, A Stud and a Babe, Tear Jerk, The Baby Song and On the Highway of Love. The book and lyrics are by Joe DiPietro and music is by Jimmy Roberts.

I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change features a versatile cast of four actors who portray over 60 roles. Director, Elisa Woodruff, Musical Director, Justin Ross, Choreographer, Loene Gossett, and Vocal Coach, Nanette Voss have assembled a "Perfect" cast of four: Breyon Earl, Nanette Voss, Kylie Salas, and Mark Alan Johnston. Designers include Joe Collins (set), Tim Moore (Lights), Beth Lanzi (Costumes), Gabriel Groom (Sound), and Samantha McLaughlin (Properties). Stage Management is in the capable hands of Lori Tipple.
