RASHOMON CANCELLED

The Ferndale Repertory Theatre regretfully announces that we will not be able to produce Rashomon, as originally scheduled for our 2007-8 season. Despite multiple rounds of auditions, we were unable to successfully cast the show. We are substituting several special events during the months of May and June. Season Ticket holders will receive complimentary tickets to the first three of these events.

May 22 at 7:30pm: Live Radio Shows broadcast on KHUM Radio. Two classic radio dramas. For more information, click above. 

May 31 at 7:00pm: Retirement Bash for Marilyn McCormick. Join us to celebrate Marilyn's 10+ years leading the Ferndale Rep. We'll have food and drink, songs and stories. Anyone who has worked with Marilyn over the years is invited to participate with their favorite story, joke, scene or song. Contact Vikki Young at 786-5483 to be a part of the show. This event will also be an opportunity to meet Ginger Gene, the incoming Executive Director for the Ferndale Rep. Ginger brings a wealth of theatre and theatre management experience and has wonderful ideas about how to lead The Rep forward. Attendance at this event is by invitation only. We will be sending tickets to Ferndale Rep members and subscribers, actors and technical crews on our current audition list,and the Press. You will also be able to download a ticket from our website after May 1st. 

Jun 6 at 8:00pm: Don Juan in Hell. A staged reading of the classic work by George Bernard Shaw, directed by Jim Lawer. Don Juan, the Devil, the Commander and Dona Ana engage in a spirited discussion of the relative merits of Heaven and Hell. More information to come. 

Jun 14 at 8:00pm Jeff Jolly Band in Concert. Good time rock and roll with Jeff and friends. This will be the Northern California release party for his latest CD. Click above for more information.
