Ticket sales cover only a part of our operating costs and we rely upon a combination of grants and donations to make up the rest. The Ferndale Repertory Theatre is a 501c3 tax-exempt charitable organization, and your donation is tax-deductible. We provide written receipts for your tax records.
There are many ways to donate:
- Become a Member: Membership is available at several levels, starting at $25. Members receive special benefits including complimentary tickets to shows, invitation to selected special events, Repartee (our newsletter), listing in our program, and more.
- Sponsor a Show: Individuals or businesses can sponsor individual productions in our season. Production sponsors receive a sponsorship sign on our marquee during the run of the show, special acknowledgment at the opening night performance, and listing in the show program. Sponsorships established prior to the printing of the Season Brochure are also included there.
- Season Program Advertiser: Purchasing a program ad is a great way to sponsor an entire season at The Rep. At each performance, the production program is inserted in to our Season Program booklet. This booklet provides information about the theatre and other local performing arts organizations, and is funded through advertisements. Program ads start at $195 for a 1/8 page ad. The season program is seen by at least 5000 patrons through the course of the year. Program advertisers are also listed on our website and may establish a link from our site to their own website.
- In-Kind Donations: Money is always great, but there are many other items that we always need at the theatre. Routine needs include: lumber for set-building, office supplies such as paper and postage stamps, concessions items, and so on. See the wish list for current special and ongoing needs.
